Equipment: Digital voice recorders, Mel Meters, K2 meters, SB11 and SB7 Spirit Boxes, video cameras, motion detectors, REM pod, Spiritus.
​Claims: Shadows seen out of the corner of the eye, conversations and voices throughout the building. Footsteps. Feelings of being watched. Human figures seen out of the corner of the eye, especially late at night. Papers shuffling on desks when no one is there.

​Audio evidence

During the initial walk through of the building, as Bob is taking Lori/Jim/Allie up to roof, a male spirit groans over them.

During a spirit box session involving Alisha/Kandi/Derek's team, a male says “Hi” and the team responds.

During the same session on the spirit box, a male says “Awesome” and the team responds.

Late in the night, during a session on the first floor, Lori asks if the spirits want her to go back into Ruth’s room. A woman responds “I’m scared."

Alisha asks if there’s a message the sprits want to share. On the spirit box, a female says “Go away."

While members of Jim and Allie's team are talking, a female spirit talks over them and says “Your turn, you touch him."

On the spirit box, a male says “Have a seat, I did” after Kandi talks about the spirits coming into the room and sitting with them.

Jim and Allie team is on third floor. A guest asks if there is someone by the name of JW in the building. Two females say “Never” in response to a question. First one comes out of spirit box. We believe the second one does not, as it has an echo of someone speaking in an empty space.

In a spirit box session on the first floor, a male says “No” in response to Lori saying she’s not very polite while she’s in a first-floor room. Investigators respond.

In the same spirit box session, 7 seconds later, Lori says she’s usually nicer to the spirits and on the spirit box, a female says “OK.”

Jim and Allie's team is in the observation room on second floor. The audio recorder is in the adjacent room behind the two-way mirror, which is why voices are softer. Chloe reacts to her shirt, which was tucked in, being pulled out on her backside. Six minutes later, as Allie is walking toward Chloe to give her the spirit box, a spirit says “Chloe.” We’ve condensed the file here for you.

On the third floor, Kelly indicates that if the spirits aren’t going to talk, the team will go back downstairs. On the Spiritus, a female says “Bitch.”

Video evidence

Chris has his video recorder stationary by the first-floor staff counter. A thin, white anomaly moves in the center of the frame, past the edge of the counter. Jim and Chris have validated this is not from car headlights or a flashlight.
