During a spirit box session upstairs, we catch a young girl yelling. We do not believe this comes out of the spirit box.

​Claims: Hangers moving on their own, footsteps and dragging of furniture upstairs, pictures flying off walls, singing and music playing, lady in white, object manipulation, phantom smells, shadow figures, disembodied voices

As soon as Jim, Allie and Brandon enter the upstairs, a male says "help."

As the REM pod goes off because of a team member moving it, the same male who said "help" says "quiet."

Just 8 seconds after the male says "quiet" a female responds to Brandon stating it's significantly colder, saying "so do I."

While in the retail shop, with full view of goings-on of the street out front, something lets out a three-part whistle. No people on the street at this time.

A female sings, which is caught on the static recorder upstairs.

A female says "well, hello," caught by the upstairs static recorder. None of the investigators were upstairs at this point.

All the investigators are downstairs. (you can hear them faintly in background). Via the upstairs static recorder, you will then hear a few footsteps, a loud door slam near the recorder, and footsteps walking away.

While investigators are chatting downstairs, a female says "hurry" over them.

The team employed the Estes Method for the first time. Jim was wearing a blindfold and noise-cancelling headphones which were plugged into the SB7 Spirit Box. Jim could not see Allie and Brandon and could not hear when they were asking questions, or what those questions were. Jim simply repeated what he heard come out of the spirit box. This is part of the session held in the nail salon. This interaction spanned about 3.5 minutes, but is condensed here.

The team finishes the night by conducting an Estes Method session upstairs. Again, Jim is blindfolded, listening to the spirit box through noise-cancelling headphones. The spirit speaking through the device confirms he is trying to scare the girls who work downstairs. He then says "gray" in response to who needs to look out or be careful. Allie and Brandon are both wearing gray sweatshirts. The spirit then becomes agitated and abruptly ends the session. This interaction spanned about 14 minutes, but is condensed here.

All the investigators are in the retail shop. The motion sensor lights up and then a few seconds later, the video camera turns off.

Jim is watching into the courtyard when the door from the courtyard to the nail salon opens. After the video, listen to the audio clip of the door opening. The door did not open again during the 5-hour investigation.
